The meeting will include an update from National Park Service TUSK Superintendent Diane Keith and a special guest speaker, Paleontologist Eric Scott! He will be speaking on a newly discovered species of ice age stilt-legged horse, as documented in the Gypsum Cave and also found in Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument (TUSK). He has just returned from field work in Ethiopia and will share some of his latest research. Mr. Scott worked for 20 years in TUSK when he was the paleontologist for the San Bernardino County Museum.
